The Little Guy - espresso maker

After our first unit turned around 10 years of age and I have happily purchased another. My wife and I are addicted to the syrupy black substance this thing makes and are often quite disappointed on going out for coffee. It can make the cheapest grinds taste incredible. The first unit has done about a serve a day for at least 10 years, has been repaired 4-5 times always quite quickly and with minimal expense and fuss. The unit is quite small and easy to send in the mail. I am always amazed at how hard it is for others to repair and keep their overly complicated machines going. Number one is now being retired to the bench for when we have guests and need to serve more than two immediately. It is still quite functional.

We have used ours on gas, the induction hub, ceramic cooktops and camping. Nothing seems to phase this machine.

直火式と言うイタリア本場のスタイルでお店顔負けのエスプレッソが飲めるのはこのthelittle guyだけかもしれません。
Atomic Coffee machineの丸いスチームのノブとかオプションで付け替えれたらいいなと思いました。

The style is beautiful and inherits the traditional soul of Italy, making it a great interior decoration.
I recommend it to people who like the process of extracting espresso.
If you get the hang of it, you can extract delicious espresso at home with this machine.
Even with direct heat, if you focus the center firmly, extraction will start in 6 minutes. I tried it with SVEA123.
It is true that it is possible to make delicious espresso and milk foam with powerful steam thanks to the solid boiler and patented valve system.
The little guy may be the only place where you can drink espresso that rivals a shop in the authentic Italian style of direct heat.
I wish the round steam knob on the Atomic Coffee machine could be replaced with an option.
I also wish it was all mirror-finished, like the boiler lid and the inside of the filter holder, to create a unified, beautiful body, but it might be hard to remove coffee stains when washing it.

After years of wanting the traditional Atomic but avoiding because of the Aluminium I was thrilled to find The Little Guy and it stainless steel construction. I Love the coffee machine and all the tutorial videos to help make a perfect coffee,. It takes a bit of times and practice to get there but worth it.

Certainly worth the effort.
